The Asia Mobility Startup Challenge by Via iD came to a grand close on June 27th at Innovfest Unbound in Singapore, the largest innovation festival in South-East Asia!

  

Bringing together competitors and keynote speakers from across Asia-Pacific, we watched our 6 finalists pitch their urban mobility solutions to get the green light from our panel of corporate partners and investors, including:

• Xavier Gury, International Partner, Via iD
• Anne Lehman, Innovation Manager, BlueSG - Bollore Group
• Francois Vervival, Senior Business Development Manager, Bosch
• Axel Tan, Investment Manager, Momentum Ventures

Together with the awards from the Grand Final, our top 6 finalists gained access to a two-day shared booth at Innovfest Unbound and an exclusive networking evening with Via iD and its partners. 

 

 

A huge congratulations to Kevin Orr, CEO of Liftango; reinventing the way people travel through on-demand transit services and dynamic ride-sharing. Liftango took the grand prize of business strategy and mentoring sessions with Via iD and its mobility partners in addition to 5 million TomTom Maps API credits.

 

A round of applause and congratulations to Sriram Kannan, leading Routematic on its journey to rapidly change and disrupt employee transportation solutions through industry-leading tech and integrated fleet services. Routematic took away 5 million TomTom Maps API credits.

 

Amazing commendations and congratulations to Akash Gupta, driving Mobycy forward in its charge to lead electric bike and scooter sharing for greener, healthier and more efficient urban mobility. Mobycy won a prize of 5 million TomTom Maps API credits.

 

Congratulations to all our Top 6 Finalists, proudly handpicked by Via iD from an incredibly competitive lineup of challengers and innovators across APAC. Each finalist, including Mosstyn Howell from UbiPark, Lionel Sinai-Sinelnikoff from Ascent, and Samantha Kapunan from iWantSeats each won 1 million TomTom Maps API credits.
