The Plastics Data Challenge is an opportunity for innovators worldwide with data-driven solutions for ocean plastic pollution to pilot their innovation in South & Southeast Asia. A cohort of up to 10 semi-finalists will be invited to participate in a seven-week pilot readiness program composed of a one-week Innovation Summit in Singapore and six-weeks of virtual sessions with their own curated team of global experts. Three finalists from the cohort will receive a $10,000 grant and will be able to unlock additional resources and technical support from The Incubation Network to implement their pilot upon graduation from the program. All participants - finalists and semi-finalists alike - will emerge from this program with clarity of an action plan for a thriving pilot in Asia along with a community of mentors, fellow innovators, and resource-providers to support them along their journey.

The summit is still on schedule to take place in Singapore, as the country is currently doing well in keeping the virus under control. However, we are keeping an eye on the situation and making alternative plans in case the situation worsens. We will keep all applicants updated on this matter as time progresses.
