Challenge's different steps

Step 1: Application Phase
(3 September to 14 October)

In the first stage, the selected teams will be evaluated on their ability to propose a unique project with integrated solutions to revolutionize you chosen business case(s). Your proposals will then be reviewed by each sponsors' team and select their preferred ones for the mentoring phase. Please find above (section 2 of this page) each template.

Deliverable: Executive summary (10 slides) explaining your unique solution (PDF formatted).

The deadline to submit your proposal is on 14 October, 11:59 pm GMT+8:00.

Results announcement: 22 October, 2018.

Your submission should act as summary: it should represent an appealing overview of your project. Feel free to illustrate your slides with diagrams, partnership agreements, pictures, quotes, etc.

Step 1*: First Online Vote
(14 October to 21 October)

During this review week, all sponsors will seat to review your cases and select their favorite ones. The announcement of the selected teams for the Mentoring Phase will be made on 22 October 2018.

Step 2: Mentoring Phase
(22 October to 4 November)

The selected top teams will be connected with mentors from the sponsors' teams via the Agorize platform and have two weeks to prepare a more developed proposal (15 - 20 slides). This timespan will also be the occasion for the selected teams to get the sponsors' perspective on their case.

Beware, 2 weeks go really quick, so be prepared to jump on the opportunity once the results announced on 22 October!

Deliverable: At the end of this stage, teams are expected to build a deck of 15 to 20 slides to drop on their personal space.

Step 2*: Second Online Vote

Once again our juries will sit and select the best 3 teams per business case which will be invited to the Grand Finale (23 November 2018).

Step 3: Grand Finale
(23 November 2018)

The 3 selected teams/business case (12 in total) for the Grand Finale will pitch their projects to a panel of executives from all the four sponsors on 23 November, 2018.

Deliverable: Selected teams will be evaluated on a 5 & 3 format (5-minute presentation & 3-minutes Q/A).

Submission deadline: teams are required to submit the pitch deck (no more than 10 slides) on the platform by 20 November.
