Your Mission and our Technology

We are developing methods to prepare food in the most gentle manner, ensuring it's fresh at the time of eating, all while utilizing minimalist kitchen technology. Our aim is to create flexible, cutting-edge, and comprehensive solutions that consistently contribute to a daily diet that is both healthy and highly enjoyable. The device is intended for installation in public areas where accessing healthy meals is typically challenging, such as airports, gas stations, train stations, schools, and similar locations.
 

Your role ? Create the most complete concept to integrate our Vitalo cooking unit based on the modules described below. 

 

How does our Cooking Unit work?

The preparation of individually customized menus according to customer preferences is carried out in a cooking unit developed by the company Vitalo, which is patented. In this process, the individual plates are cooked within 4 minutes using a combination cooking method of microwave, steam, and steam pressure, precisely utilizing only the inherent water content of the introduced food items.
 
This method, by cooking in the food's own moisture and undergoing extremely brief thermal treatment, achieves (proven) the highest possible nutritional value with the highest sensory quality.

The plan is to deploy 3-4 of these cooking units per system unit.
