Ideation

October 18th, 2024 - January 20th, 2025
 
Each team must ensure they submit before the deadline:
  • a presentation of the participant(s) based on the questionnaire to be completed in the participation area, accessible via a user account
  • optional: [X]-slide presentation of their project made from the model available for download on the Challenge website, in PPT or PDF format

    - Feasibility
    - Relevance
    - Quality of presentation
    - Economic sustainability
 

Deepening Phase

February 10th - March 3rd, 2025

The selected projects will be supported by mentors/experts to:

- enrich their project
- better respond to Polar POD’s needs and constraints
- make the project a reality as much as possible by providing details on the feasibility of the prototype or experimentation

At the end of this phase, the finalists will be selected.

Finalists Selection 

March 3rd to 10th, 2025
 
The nine best projects that meet the needs of Polar POD will be selected and invited to present their idea during the final.
