The Canadian Bankers Association (CBA) and some of its largest member
banks are calling on you to help solve some of the biggest challenges facing cyber security professionals in the banking industry.
We’re challenging you to develop ideas and solutions to improve cyber security and resiliency.
(you don’t need a technical background to participate!)
Keeping Canadians cyber safe is key as digital adoption increases. The majority of Canadians are using digital channels – online and mobile – to conduct most of their banking transactions. At the same time, as cyber criminals become more sophisticated in their attempts to steal personal and financial information, some Canadians may be hesitant to fully adopt digital banking due to cyber security concerns.
How can the banking industry address these concerns and encourage greater adoption of digital channels?
The best part is, you don’t need a technical background to participate!
Students enrolled in a university or college in Canada can take part in this challenge, as well as alumni who graduated within the last two years from a Canadian university or college.
