Imagine the new Mr.Bricolage customer experience based on synergies between its physical and online store networks!
Your mission
Mr.Bricolage is looking to increase synergies between its online and offline offerings while keeping to the group's values: local service, helpfulness and solidarity.
Your aim is simple – imagine the new experience customers could have by combining the power of digital technology with the benefits of a network of stores.
How can the two be combined? How can the brand bring people from the website to a physical store (web-to-store)? How can Mr.Bricolage provide a different experience at its retail locations?
Design an experience that all customers could be given – whoever they are! Think of the steps involved in the buying cycle – locating products, receiving advice, making a choice, purchasing, payment, delivery... How can digital technology be used to transform this experience?
Your project should be more than a catalogue of ideas or a technical solution – it should provide a truly comprehensive experience! All of these steps should be taken into account when addressing the issue.
Rethink habits, take customers' needs and desires into account and submit a project that can be applied to all stores in our network!
The Mr.Bricolage brand
With 420 sales locations in 12 countries, the brand unites independent local traders who work to improve customers' homes. Mr.Bricolage is a network of solidarity-minded entrepreneurs – local traders whose aim is to make our homes and gardens more pleasant to be in while also addressing local issues.
Its local stores offer advice and products with a human touch, with sales employees using their expertise to help guide customers towards the right solutions.
