On top of rewarding selected participants with OnePlus 3T and gift vouchers, the winning team will be offered a paid summer internship to implement their marketing campaign. Reveal the Brand
Your aim is to put forward a new marketing campaign to enhance OnePlus’ brand awareness. Your campaign ideas must be accompanied by a realistic roadmap and communication plan. Think outside the box. Dream big and reach high. Specific attention will be granted to projects reflecting the core values of OnePlus and its Never Settle philosophy.
Build your Campaign
Put yourself in the shoes of a OnePlus Marketing Manager. Think of OnePlus’ current communication strategy and positioning. Look for ways to empower it, and develop a specific plan with measurable KPIs and milestones. Once selected, you will have the opportunity to meet with OnePlus employees in London and convince them of your marketing skills. The winner will be offered a position to develop and implement its own project. Are you ready to accept the challenge?

All preselected teams will be rewarded, and here's what to win for finalists:
For each member of the team: a OnePlus 3T and a paid internship over summer at OnePlus European Headquarter in London to implement their marketing campaign (subject to HR assessment).
For each member of the team: a OnePlus 3T and £500 Amazon voucher, split evenly among team members.
For the team: £500 Amazon voucher to be divided evenly amongst the team members.
For the fourth and fifth prizes: £300 Amazon voucher to be divided evenly amongst the team members.
For each team member: £50 Amazon gift card
