Imagine how to value the waste of the French constructions sites!

SNCF Réseau, owner and manager of the railway infrastructure network in France, needs you to achieve an ambitious goal: Recycling and reusing 95% of products and materials involved in the network operation by 2030!

Contribute to SNCF Réseau’s involvement by submitting an innovative circular economy project!

Whatever your student profile - either a future engineer or designer or economist or architect or artist or inventor… - help integrate the circular economy into the sector of the railway public works!

The challenge is endowed with eco-responsible prizes for a total value of 10,000 euros and will let you contribute to the transformation of the public construction environment by having your project implemented on the French railway network!

The challenge is meant to be collaborative and you will therefore keep intellectual property rights over your project at the end of the contest.

Your mission

Alone or in a team of maximum 5 students, help SNCF Réseau to turn its waste into resources. Imagine an innovative solution of circular economy for a sustainable and responsible railway infrastructure.

Any solution that contributes to optimizing the direct or indirect recycling of railway resources and waste can be submitted: it may involve product design, architecture project, logistical strategies or any other field. Surprise us!
