Who Can Apply?

If you are an employee with Parkway Pantai and looking to make a difference in the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you! Parkway Pantai is looking for innovative and unique proposals that can be potentially adopted and implemented across our network, so don’t forget our offering of integrated healthcare services from clinics to hospitals and a wide range of ancillary services across our global network. Selection Process


 
Phase 1
28 January 2019 - 22 March 2019 (8 weeks)
 
Team up with other employees across Parkway Pantai’s offices to create a team of 3 to 5 members, and develop your business idea to tackle one of our key themes. Are you ready?

Deliverables: Submit a PowerPoint Presentation of up to 10 slides, using the template provided. Please include the problem statement, solution, differentiation, underlying technology, potential impact on business, team members, and additional appendices by 22 March 2019, 23:59 (GMT +8).

Please note: applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
 
 


 
1st Selection
25 March - 5 April 2019 (2 weeks)

Online selection by Parkway Pantai jury members on the following criteria: Innovativeness & Uniqueness (30%), Value Proposition & Desirability (25%), Feasibility & Ease of Implementation (25%), Teams Competency (10%), and Presentation Quality (10%).
 
 


 
Phase 2
8 April - 6 May 2019 (4 weeks)

The Top 5 Teams will develop their business plan using Parkway Pantai’s simulated data (depending on their request at beginning of Phase 2). The teams will have access to mentoring by Parkway Pantai experts in order to further develop and personalise their proposals.

Deliverables: Submit your presentation, using the template provided, by 6 May 2019, 23:59 (GMT +8).
 
 

 
Grand Finale
9 May 2019

The Top 5 Teams will be invited to Singapore to present their idea! It will be a 5-minute presentation and a 3-minute Q&A session in front of the jury.

The presentation and demo will be judged on the following criteria: Innovativeness & Uniqueness (30%), Value Proposition & Desirability (20%), Feasibility & Ease of Implementation (20%), Presentation & Pitch Quality (15%), and Teams Competency (15%).

 
Post-Challenge
2019
 
If you qualify for the Grand Finale of the Parkway Pantai Innovation Challenge 2019, you will stand the chance to win a cash prize and a special prize. Depending on the potential of the ideas, the team will have an opportunity to further develop their solutions at full scale.
