New Service Models
 
How can we leverage the data to create new products/services that will generate new service models?

Parkway Pantai is an integrated healthcare service provider, which offers services ranging from Primary Care to Tertiary Care to Ancillary Services including Radiology, Laboratory and Rehabilitation. With a large volume of patients entering our healthcare system, and increasing demands for healthcare services, Parkway Pantai constantly looks at our product offerings to cater to the demands and value-add of our patients.
 
How can we use the data (sign up to view the Resources tab for more information) we have in the broad spectrum of services we offer, to:
 
•  Develop new and innovative ways to reach and serve more patients?
 
 •  Expand existing or develop new service offerings that will enable us to target new customer segments?
 
•  Introduce new services to better engage with our customers?
 
•  Reinvent the traditional concept of healthcare delivery?
 
 
Operational Efficiency
 
How can we use data to improve internal communication, operational efficiency and provide a seamless service experience for patients?

Our patients journey through many touchpoints at Parkway Pantai. With many staff being involved in the patient’s journey, it is imperative that internal communications are kept efficient to provide a seamless service experience for our patients. The processes should also be well designed to minimise unnecessary waste of resources.

How can we use the data (sign up to see the Resources tab for more information) we have in the broad spectrum of services we offer, to:
 
•  Redefine operational processes to improve service outcome?
 
•  Maximise the potential derived from an efficient internal communication system?
 
•  Understand our patient’s needs better in order to augment current processes to solve operational pain points within the system?
 
Clinical Enhancement
 
Can we use the data to develop a product that can enhance our clinical offerings, therefore providing better patient care?


Large volumes of clinical data are captured in Parkway Pantai’s system. Traditionally, this data is stored for future reference, and may not add value beyond the specific period. We are increasingly seeing new products developed by making sense of such clinical data, using Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning.

•  Define clinical problem statements that can be addressed by Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning?
 
•  Improve clinical outcomes with more precision and efficiency?
 
•  Better equip physicians with tools that can optimise their practice and therefore maximise their expertise and potential? 
 
 
Service Excellence
 
How can we anticipate patients’ needs intelligently and improve patient experience by using Parkway Pantai’s data?

Patients’ preferences and expectations of how services are being delivered are constantly changing. Parkway Pantai strives to exceed the expectations of our patients, and provide them with an experience that is not only professional but personalised too. To do so, we have to constantly engage with our patients, understand industry shifts and stay ahead of the curve. 

How can we use the data (sign up to see the Resources tab for more information) we have in the broad spectrum of services we offer, to:
 
•  Define potential service gaps that can be resolved to improve service offering?
 
•  Better understand patients’ needs and wants so that we may personalise services for our customers?
 
•  Improve or optimise the experience at any touchpoint in the patient journey?

•  Create new service initiatives that are currently not offered in Parkway, or in any other healthcare facilities?
