Whether you are a start-up, a large group, a cultural institution, an association, a school/university, an artist, a creative person, a student... Take part in the birth of a unique and creative place!
Altarea Cogedim, France's leading real estate developer, is building the future "Issy Cœur de Ville" eco-neighbourhood, a major 100,000 m² mixed-use project in the heart of the Hauts-de-Seine district. Altarea Cogedim wishes to create a 1500 m² place of experience and innovation that aims to create a new destination at the service of companies and individuals.
Do you want to become an actor of the place?
Propose an activity, an experience or a solution that contributes to the development and animation of the future creative workshop.
As partners, equipment suppliers, service providers or sponsors, your project can be part of all or part of the space and must be in adequacy with the DNA of the place.
This unique and creative workshop, open to residents and businesses alike, will encourage the sharing of knowledge, experimentation and wonder.

The DNA of the place
The primary objective is to make it widely available to the general public through appropriate pricing
and accessible to the Isséens. We want this place to reflect Altarea Cogedim's ambitions
and the city of Issy-les-Moulineaux through the founding pillars below, which will guide your creativity and your projects:
An open and unifying place
It must be accessible and addressed to all types of public: residents, companies, associations, schools, visitors... The place will be the result of synergies created between the various actors who run it.
A place of enlightenment and growth
The purpose of the place will be to transmit and educate. This mission should be reflected in all the activities offered.
A place of creating and invention
Convinced of the positive virtues of experimentation, this place should offer visitors the opportunity to do things. It will also provide a playground for artists, craftspeople or companies wishing to invent and participate in the life of this place.
A place to marvel
The site should offer creative and sensory experiences to its visitors, with an emphasis on immersion and interactivity while remaining accessible to all types of audiences. Technology may be a means, but not an end.

The laureate(s) will be incorporated into the site planning and will receive support to implement their project, with a contribution to the structures, purchasing of services, equipment or solutions.

Electric bicycle or the equivalent in gift vouchers (value of €1,000) and the opportunity to develop the project thanks to an internship or work-study placement at Altarea Cogedim.

Final
The final will be organised in November 2020 with both the Mayor of Issy-les-Moulineaux and the Founding President of Altarea Cogedim in attendance.
The 4 finalists from the 3 categories will present their project for their chance to win the Issy Open Design competition and to be included in the site’s plan!
