TIMELINE

HOW TO ENTER THE CHALLENGE

 

1. Ideation Phase

[From April 19th to June 12th - 23:59 UTC+8]

Register on the platform and submit a 10-slide PPT presentation along with a 2 minute (max.) video elevator pitch from the founder.

Download the template here [DOWNLOAD THE TEMPLATE]! You don’t need to stick to this exact presentation format, feel free to be creative! Just make sure that your proposal addresses the following issues:

  • problem/solution
  • market and total addressable market (TAM)
  • value proposition and positioning
  • go-to-market strategy
  • the business/revenue model
  • traction: KPI metrics & milestones
  • forecast 2019/2020
  • team presentation

The TOP 6 most creative startups and feasible projects will go through the mentoring and final phase!

 

2. Mentoring Phase:

[From June 17th to the Final Event]

A Via ID mentor will be assigned to each of the 6 selected startups. Take this opportunity to ask as many questions as possible to have your final proposal ready to be presented in front of the Final Jury members! Your mentor will help you in your work and optimise the end results!

 

3. Final Event:

[June 27th in Singapore]

The 6 selected startups will be invited to the Innovfest Unbound in Singapore for 2 days (economy flight + 2-night accommodation for 1 person). The Final Pitches will happen on June 27th. Startups will have up to 10 minutes to present their solutions followed by a 5-min Q/A session in front of Via iD Executives and major players of the mobility sector. More information will be shared to the finalists later on!

What is the added value of your proposal? Which market does it address?

How innovative/disruptive is the proposition compared to other available solutions?

RELEVANCE

 

How relevant is the project to the topics of the challenge?

 FEASIBILITY

 

How easy and practical will it be to implement the proposition from a business perspective? Can your solution be scalable and sustainable?

QUALITY OF

PRESENTATION

How clear is the presentation of your startup?
