Groupe ADP builds, develops and manages airports, including Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly and Paris-Le Bourget.

In 2016, Paris Aéroport welcomed over 97 million passengers and handled 2.2 million tonnes of freight and mail at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly in addition to almost 42 million passengers via airports abroad managed by its subsidiary ADP Management.

Boasting an exceptional geographic location and a major catchment area, the Group is pursuing its strategy of adapting and modernizing its terminal facilities and upgrading its quality of services; the Group also intends to develop its retail and real estate businesses.

In 2016, Group revenue stood at €2,947 million and net income at €435 million.

The Groupe ADP real estate division

As a property developer and owner, Groupe ADP prepares and develops the sites that it makes available to investors and users. Groupe ADP also bolsters its investment activities and implements real estate programmes (cargo, operating areas, offices, retail, hotels) designed to meet both its own needs and the needs of companies wishing to establish a presence at Parisian airports. In addition, Groupe ADP carries out management of its estate (totalling 987,000 m² of marketable surface area), from asset management to overseeing the provision of services to tenants, with the aim being to maintain a consistent customer presence.

 
Groupe ADP is the owner of its entire property portfolio, which amounts to a total of 6,686 hectares – 4,601 hectares for aviation-related activities, 775 hectares of unusable area and 1,310 hectares given over to real estate.

Of its 381 hectares of available land reserve, 181 hectares are located at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, 136 hectares at Paris-Orly, and 64 hectares at Paris-Le Bourget and general aviation airfields.
