Sustainable Beauty Challenge

Crafting The Future of Beauty

The Hackathon

Two unforgettable days of the Hackathon await, during which you will be assisted by the Top Management from companies within the LVMH Group and innovation experts from BrainsWatt who will help you perfect your project.

As a reminder: the concept of the Hackathon originally involved the bringing together of developers working on an IT project within a very limited timeframe. Today the Hackathon is recognised as an effective tool with which to boost innovation and mobilise collective intelligence.

The approach for this Hackathon

BrainsWatt uses the Google Design Sprint methodology, developed by Google Ventures and adapted to a 2-day format. The Design Sprint methodology draws on the principles of Design Thinking, which enables the mobilisation of multi-disciplinary players with a view to resolving problems or designing innovative products. Solutions based on the Design Thinking approach allow you to place end users at the heart of the brainstorming process. The idea is to start off with a well-defined problem, in order that you can formulate potential solutions that are relevant and suited to customers’ needs. This method allows you to formulate specific and measurable ideas within a very short time, thanks to the mobilisation of collective intelligence.
