The 'Innovate for the city of the future' student challenge you are invited to take part in is taking place alongside the 2017 VINCI internal Innovation Awards, enabling everyone within the company to put innovative and participative projects forward every two years.

To take part, simply register on the challenge platform. Provide your name, surname and a valid email address, choose a password, accept the challenge rules and T&Cs, and activate your account by clicking the link in the confirmation email.

Once you've signed up, form a team of 2 to 4 students or recent graduates who have finished their studies in the last 2 years) and nominate a team captain. You can also join an incomplete team that has already been created.

Whatever approach you take, to produce the most successful ideas, we recommend that your team includes the most varied profiles possible.

Organization

Your team will be placed within one of the following regions, depending on where your captain's university is located:

Nord North (Nord, Pas-de-Calais and Picardy),

West (Lower Normandy, Upper Normandy, Brittany, Centre, Pays de la Loire and Poitou-Charentes),

South-West (Aquitaine, Limousin and Midi-Pyrénées),

South-East (Corsica, Languedoc-Roussillon and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur),

Rhône-Alpes (Auvergne and Rhône-Alpes),

East (Alsace, Burgundy, Champagne-Ardenne, Franche-Comté and Lorraine),

Île-de-France (Paris, Seine-et-Marne, Yvelines, Essonne, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-de-Marne and Val-d’Oise),

Centralized Activities (VINCI partner universities: École polytechnique, École des ponts ParisTech, CentraleSupélec, ESTP, ENSAM),

International Region (all countries outside France).

The criteria used to select applications are:
 - the project's originality,,
 - the impact and relevance of the proposal,,
 - the feasibility of implementing the solution (funding, relations with institutions, etc.).
