Rethinking the Customer Service

The project you propose should aim at enhancing corporate customers experience through their full life cycle of interactions with Société Générale. 

Société Générale came up with the idea of building up a client portal for its corporate portfolio to empower the whole customer journey: before subscribing to a Société Générale product (acquisition phase) and during the full life cycle of the commercial relationship.


What's the prize?

The shortlisted startups will have the opportunity to be mentored by the Top Management and receive financial support to co-develop their products/services with Société Générale China.

This is a unique opportunity to get your startup off the ground while showcasing your solution.

Incubation Program hosted by Société Générale Group providing 6 months or more according to the project needs of free office space for the winning startup

Mentoring and personalized support spanning across the following fields: business development and strategy, pitch preparation, finance and funding, co-creation through a POC


Business connections and establishment of a “go-to market” strategy
