DFS has one mission: be the world traveler’s preferred destination for luxurious shopping. We are present in 4 continents, 13 countries and operates 20 T Galleria. We sell 700 brands and our 7000 sales associates are working in shifts—and because we aim to deliver the highest level of service every time —providing a consistent level experience to customers and training/empowering our sales associates is a tough challenge.

How can we empower our Store Associates to deliver the best service with assistive selling technology?
With development in wearables and tablets/smartphones technology, we believe we can reinvent the way our associates interact with our evolving shoppers. We are looking for solutions that will help our connected sales associates to:

- Product and customer information in-hand enabling them to predict, recommend and provide assistance to the Shoppers in the moment.
