Personal data

In accordance with modified French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, Users are to be informed that personal data processed by Agorize is declared with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), or National commission for data protection and liberties, under number 1856312v0. As such, Agorize has pledged to protect any and all personal data it gathers and processes, which is to be kept strictly confidential, in accordance with the French law of 6 January 1978.

In accordance with Articles 38, 39 and 40 of modified French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the relevant parties have the right to do any of the following at any time:

  • object to the gathering and processing of personal data by Agorize;
  • oppose the disclosure of this data to a third party;
  • consult any and all personal data processed by Agorize;
  • correct, update, or erase personal data processed by Agorize.

To exercise their rights as outlined in French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the relevant parties must send a request via registered mail with proof of delivery. The sender's identity and the subject of the request must be clearly indicated therein. All requests must be mailed to the following address:
