Revolutionize food distribution with robotics with Vitalo GmbH ! 

 

We believe that quality food should be also found in distributors and available on the go. This is why Vitalo GmbH developed a revolutionary and compact cooker, preserving all savors thanks to our innovative cooking technology.

Today, we want to bring this cooking unit to the next level and enable its commercialization in public catering spaces, such as in airports, train stations, hospitals, office canteens.

We are looking for innovators, startups, students or even developers, to propose robotic food distribution systems to complement this cooking unit and enable the delivery fresh of fresh and healthy food to anyone, anytime and anywhere.

Automated ordering and Food Options

We want to be able to provide our customers with two dish options a mix menu and a build-your-own menus.

Food filling & food storage

The solution should allow for a diverse selection of ingredients and seasoning options, with automatic restocking notifications and refrigerated storage capacity for components.

Food preparation

Customers use an ordering system to select components, with dishes assembled accordingly, allowing for simultaneous or slightly delayed preparation of up to 2 dishes.

Food Distribution and Food Movement

Participants must prioritize considerations for efficient food distribution, ensuring no cross-contamination and enabling parallel serving, alongside precise movements of plates in and out the cooking unit.

  • Pre-selection
    28.05.2024 – 09.06.2024

    The members of the jury will evaluate the proposals and select up to 10 participants for the next round.

  • Deepening
    10.06.2023 – 01.09.2024

    The pre-selected candidates will receive mentorships by experts to refine and strengthen their proposals.

  • Final Selection 
    02.09.2024 – 15.09.2024

    The jury will evaluate the proposals based on the specified criteria and announce the Grand Winner
