Rules

All submissions will be evaluated by the Organising Committee, before a final shortlisting done by a panel of judges (‘Judging Panel”) selected by the Organising Committee.
Shortisting of submissions will be at the sole discretion of the Judging Panel using a predefined evaluation criteria.
The Judging Panel reserves the right not to award the prizes in the event that teams are unable to produce quality submissions by the end of Phase 2.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to cancel, shorten or suspend the challenge without prior notice, at the Organiser’s discretion.
In registering and participating, the team members acknowledge that all ideas, inventions, designs, new development, methods of process, and work generated, authored or contributed by the team members for or relating to this event (collectively the “Intellectual Property”), will be wholly owned by Parkway Pantai Ltd or its designated subsidiary, and the team members thereby assign all right, title and interest in and to such Intellectual Property to Parkway Pantai Ltd or its designated subsidiary, whom may accordingly copy, modify, distribute and/or commercialise ideas and work originating from the participants
Photos and videos will be taken at the events to be used by Parkway Pantai for publicity purposes
