The hackathon agenda over the 2 days will go as follows:

DAY ONE: OCT. 18th - MORNING

- 08:00 am: REGISTRATION

You will receive a QR Code prior to the event, ensure that you have it with you on the day of the hackathon, along with an ID card.

- 09:00 am: OPENING & WELCOME

Before you dive into the Hacking session, Jardine Matheson and Daimler representatives will go over the key factors and important objectives of this Hackathon.

DAY ONE: OCT. 18th - AFTERNOON

- 10:00 am: CHALLENGE STATEMENT DEEP DIVE & TEAM PLANNING

Meet your challenge owner & mentors and get the deep dive of the problem you are going to solve. It is also the time where your team could strategically plan for your 24h hack!

- 11:00 am: HACKATHON KICK-OFF!

24h Hackathon starts! Between 11pm and 7pm, the hackers are invited to continue hacking at Mandarin Oriental where we have catered food and drinks to ensure that you have energy to hack throughout the night! Sleeping bags are also prepared for your napping. Buses will be arranged to bring you from Amazon Web Services to the hotel.

DAY TWO: OCT. 19th - MORNING

- Until 11:00 am: HACKING SESSION CONTINUES

Be ready at 7:30 am! You will be taken from Mandarin Oriental back to the AWS location to do a final round of hacking. There will be a brief run through of the agenda.

- 11:00 am: END OF HACKATHON

Submit your presentations and codes by 11am! You will have 1h to prepare your Pitch!

DAY TWO: OCT. 19th - AFTERNOON*

*Some timeslots might still change, please keep an eye on the website for any updates! The agorize team will contact you in case of any major changes

- 01:00 pm: PITCHING SESSION

This is the moment for you to shine! Each team will have 3 min pitch + 2 min for Q&A during the jury visit. Convince the jury that you should be one of the top two teams that qualify for the final round!

- 2:00 pm: 12 FINALIST PITCHING SESSION

12 finalists (Top 2 teams per challenge) will be invited on the stage for the final pitch!

- 4:00 pm: AWARD CEREMONY

- From 4:30 pm: COCKTAIL NETWORKING
