ABOUT FLIGHTS (Jardines Challenges only)
To travel to and stay in Singapore, your team is provided with an individual allowance following the terms listed in the attached document. It is your responsibility to purchase the flight tickets and you will be reimbursed by Agorize upon presentation of the receipts (within 30 days after completion of the final event). Please also make the necessary arrangements concerning visa requirements and ensure that you have a valid passport for entering and staying in Singapore within these dates. If you need a letter of invitation to issue the VISA, please let us know as soon as possible.

- Flight tickets (return ticket): max. SGD 600/person - Economy Class only
Once all flight tickets are booked, please send us a ZIP file including your whole team's receipts as well as one team member’s bank account details for the reimbursement. Please include as many details as available as the transfer will be made from overseas.
IMPORTANT: please make sure you book a return flight on the 20th morning so you can attend the full second day. More info on the Agenda & Resources Tab.

ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
ONLY FOR THE JARDINES CHALLENGES:
For students not residing in Singapore, Jardines have arranged for you to stay at the Mandarin Oriental hotel for 3 nights, from Oct. 17th to 20th.
