InVivo Match & Pitch Day Berlin

Looking for start-ups in Europe with innovative solutions to help InVivo nurture the future!





First Stage: Ideation 
(October 10th – November 9th 2018)

 

In order to apply, you must join the challenge by registering your start-up on the platform and select your industry among the 3 proposed.

The selected start-ups will be evaluated on their ability to propose unique solutions in their chosen industry. Out of all proposals, 12 start-ups will be selected and invited to the InVivo Quest Selection.
Your submission should act as a summary: it should represent an appealing overview of your start-up and its solution(s). Feel free to illustrate your slides with diagrams, sponsors, clients…
Deliverable: Executive summary (10 slides, PDF format) explaining your start-up and its unique solution(s)

We advise you to include:
  • Problem statement/Value proposition
  • Product/service description
  • Technology
  • Customer traction
  • Development Roadmap (financials, product, customer acquisition, HR)
  • Team background and skills
  • Case study

Results announcement: November 14th, 2018








Final Stage: InVivo Quest Match & Pitch Day 
(22nd of November 2018)


The selected top 12 start-ups will be invited for the Match & Pitch day, where they will have the opportunity to present their start-up idea and partner, collaborate and network with Invivo employees, experts, industry leaders and key decision makers. Your agenda of the day based on the partners that expressed interest in your startup will be shared with you a couple of days before the event.

The Match & Pitch day will be split into the following two phases:


1. Match Making

Selected start-ups will have 15-minute meetings with InVivo Quest Match & Pitch partners to present their start-up and its unique solution(s) in the chosen industry.

Participants are free to bring any materials (demo, detailed pitch deck, working prototypes, software and hardware technologies, etc.), which they believe can enable their start-ups to qualify for the second phase.

Jury selection criteria:
  • Relevance in the Agri-FoodChain ecoystem
  • Innovativeness of the solution (IP)
  • Feasibility/implementation
  • Scalability
  • Finance

2. Final Pitch

Finally, at the Business club: The 10 candidate start-ups will have the opportunity to deliver a one-minute pitch in front of the InVivo Quest delegation and local innovation audience.
Only 2 out of the 12 selected start-ups will qualify for the elevator pitch and win free tickets for the AgTech FoodTech Summit the following day in Berlin, 23rd of November! 
The best start-up will win a trip to Paris to present their solutions along with the winners at Singapore, New York City and Paris editions to InVivo officials, experts and industry leaders!
