Step 1
- Ideas stage

(9 October 2019 - 16 December 2019)
  • Click on “Participate” and create your team of 2 to 3 people. Present your idea on a moodboard (one-page PDF) then upload it to the platform before 16 December 2019 at 14:00 (UTC+1).
  • Don’t forget to upload a CV for each member of your team so that you can be spotted by the Club Med HR teams.

The Club Med teams will then assess and vote on your entries, based on the following criteria: originality, relevance, feasibility and clarity.

    The
30 teams who make it through to round two will be announced on 13 January 2020 at 14:00 (UTC+1).

Step 2 - Reflection stage

(13 January 2020 - 7 February 2020)

  • For this second stage, the 30 selected teams will be asked to expand on their projects, along with the help of Club Med mentors.
  • Teams will need to create a video - 3 minutes maximum - describing their project (.mp4 or Youtube formats only), presenting their teams, as well as explaining how their idea would be implemented in resorts. You need to submit your video before 7 February 2020 at 14:00 (UTC+1).
  • Feel free to include additional material (images, mockups, etc.) to help convince the panel.

The Club Med teams will then assess and vote on the 4 winning teams.
You’ll be marked against the following criteria: innovation, relevance, feasibility, CSR impact and your methodologies.

A public vote on the Agorize platform will then take place between 12 February 2020 at 9:00 (UTC+1) and 17 February 2020 at 10:00 (UTC+1) to select the 5th team to go through to the final.

The Top 5 teams will be announced on 17 February 2020 at 14:00 (UTC+1).
